Diamond IQ Baseball exists to help players develop consistent training habits and give coaches the tools they need to build better programs. We believe that the key to improvement is showing up every day, and we built an app to make that easier.

What We Do
For Players: Diamond IQ helps you build a training streak, complete drills from a curated library, and earn an IQ Score that reflects your consistency, effort, and variety. Compete with teammates on the leaderboard and see how you stack up.
For Coaches: Create custom drills with video demonstrations, build practice plans, assign training to your players, and monitor team progress in real time. Know who's putting in the work.
