Information Regarding Minors

Diamond IQ is designed for baseball players of all ages, including youth players. We take special care to protect the privacy of minors.

Users Under 13

If you are under 13 years old, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use Diamond IQ. We require parental consent before collecting personal information from users under 13, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

What Coaches Can See

When a player joins a team, their assigned coach can view:

  • Player name and profile information
  • Training activity and drill completions
  • IQ Score and leaderboard rankings
  • Practice plan completion status

Coaches cannot access player email addresses, passwords, or data from other teams.

Parental Rights

Parents and guardians can review, correct, or delete their child's personal information by contacting us at support@diamondiqbaseball.com.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to help operate our platform:

  • Supabase: Database hosting and user authentication (data stored in secure cloud infrastructure)
  • Cloudflare: Video hosting and content delivery for drill videos
  • Vercel: Website hosting

These services are bound by their own privacy policies and have committed to appropriate data protection standards.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. After account deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, but this data will be anonymized where possible.
